Victor Mendiluce, founder

Humanity Rules was founded in August 2026 by Victor Mendiluce, a software engineer with 20+ years across games, cloud infrastructure, data, and machine learning. He was cofounder and CTO of Unusual Studios, a founding backend engineer at Manticore Games, and most recently Principal Engineer at Course Hero, where he helped build the data platform that served hundreds of engineers and analysts.

The common thread, and the work he loves: platforms other people build on. Humanity Rules applies it to agents.
